Delivery / Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with JOYIA LIVING and helping to support British small business. Currently we only deliver within the UK. The cost of delivery is included in our item pricing.
All of our items are made to order and we deliver direct from our suppliers to our customers.
We process order items individually – orders of multiple items may therefore be delivered separately.
The Covid pandemic has caused on-going disruption to our supply chain and may cause delays to delivery. We aim to create and dispatch all orders within 7 working days of purchase. However, not all items will have the same delivery times, some may be shorter than 7 working days and others may be longer. Further delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
We also use a variety of partners to deliver, including Royal Mail and courier companies as appropriate.
