Returns Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We want you to have the best experience at JOYIA and we apologise if you have received a damaged or faulty item.
For any items which have been damaged in transit or are faulty please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the item. Please contact us at: support@joyialiving.co.uk providing your name, order number, your e-mail address used for the order and a description of the issue. Please also provide photographs of the damaged or faulty items so that we can follow up as quickly as possible and respond to you with the next steps for processing a return.
Incorrect Order Received:
If you have received items not matching your order please contact us at support@joyialiving.co.uk so that we may investigate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Exchanges:
We don’t currently offer exchanges.
Returns:
We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase. As all our items are made to order they are custom-made for you and we would typically not accept requests for returns unless the items were damaged or faulty. However, should you still wish to request a return, please take note of the following process.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@joyialiving.co.uk . Please supply your name, the order number, your email address used for the order and the reasons for wishing to make a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received. They must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Please ensure that return item(s) are securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery service and keep the receipt when returning items.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping / postage related to returning an order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and we can’t accept any responsibility for any interest charges on credit cards whilst waiting for a refund.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping for the original order.
